Our Mission
|
Collins Clinical Pharmacist, Inc. is a medication counseling and medication therapy management provider located in South Eastern Michigan. In the interest of maximizing medication safety, our services include comprehensive review of medication profiles, the provision of drug information, pharmacist consultation, and therapeutic drug monitoring, complete with recommendations the client can discuss with their physician. A pharmacist consultation can provide drug information, medication safety, poison prevention, dose recommendations and diabetes education as well as programs such as medicare part D. We serve individuals seeking friendly, private, accurate, one-on-one answers to their medication issues. Our services are limited to prescription, over-the-counter, some alternative therapies, or any combination of the three.

Deborah Collins, PharmD, RPh

Deborah Collins, owner and president of Collins Clinical Pharmacist, Inc., holds a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) from the University of Michigan. She is a Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph) in the states of Michigan and North Carolina. Dr. Collins has twenty years of experience practicing pharmacy in both hospital and retail settings. Deborah will soon be a Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider (CACP) and is working toward becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).
